With a background in Quantity Surveying and several years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Jennifer has managed residential and commercial builds from early concept to completion. She brings a practical understanding of procurement, cost control, and stakeholder coordination, helping the company maintain both quality and delivery standards across sites.
Beyond her technical work, Jennifer has led internal process reviews and restructuring efforts aimed at improving performance across teams. She believes in building systems that allow people to work more effectively and has developed training initiatives to support talent development and team alignment.
Jennifer has also contributed to innovation-focused projects,
including those involving artificial intelligence, where she helped bridge operational needs with digital solutions highlighting her versatility across traditional and emerging sectors.
She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Nigerian Chapter. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Quantity Surveying, a certificate in Construction Management, and a diploma in Product Management.
